We take pride in carefully preparing every order so your plants arrive healthy and ready to thrive. Each plant is hand-packed with protective materials to keep it secure during transit.

• All plants are shipped Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

• If your plant arrives with significant damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or store credit.

• We cannot guarantee against minor cosmetic blemishes (a torn leaf tip, a little soil displacement) as these are natural in transit and do not affect plant health.

Your plants’ survival is our priority. If the carrier delays delivery or extreme weather causes problems, we’ll work with you to find the best resolution so you can buy with confidence.
